Duties & Responsibilities
The graphic designer must be able to design various backdrop for different programmes of TTV
some of which has already been planned and some the GD has to be capable of making it at a short notice
Eg: designIing a particular graphic for a feature story or daily news that has to be published in a day or two.
- Monthly stipend depending on the category of professionals
- School accomodation may be provided depending on school, monthly rent allowances for volunteers who stay by their own

Host Organization Background
The Department educates Tibetans and the international community on the political, human rights and environmental conditions in Tibet. Towards this end, it publishes both print and video materials on Tibet. It operates TibetOnline.tv, the official CTA web-based television channel. The periodicals come out in three languages: Tibetan, English and Chinese. The DIIR liaises with the international media and Tibet Support Groups throughout the world. It oversees CTA’s foreign missions in 11 countries, which function as the official agencies of the CTA and are based in New Delhi, Kathmandu, Geneva, New York, Tokyo, London, Moscow, Brussels, Canberra, Pretoria and Taipei. The Narthang Press and Tibetan Computer Resource Centre (TCRC) also fall under DIIR’s direct supervision.
